4點就起來了,原本要趕在5點到西螺大橋先跑個一圈再與大家一起合照,可惜出發時間太晚,抵達時已經是5點07分了,等熱身完再跑回來會擔誤大家的時間,想想就一起跑吧!這次來的人真的越來越多了,大家都好熱情呀!我的伙伴國進今日休兵,但還是來這裡與大家團練,一開始美娟感冒還陪我跑了一圈真的很感動,事後就一個人奮戰了,跑到第3圈時太陽真的高掛天空開始發揮威力,第4圈後半段跑起來雖然熱,但有風吹來,一直摧眠自己這種天氣有風還是很涼爽的,有些地方還有樹陰要好好享受一下,第5圈突然想到今天在橋下陰涼處多跑個幾趟補足2公里,再完成最後的2.5公里,把練習時間推進到3小時,在橋下那一段也來回步兵好幾次,也多虧家福大哥送來的飲用水解救了我,感恩呀!橋下里程數補完,水也補足了,那剩下的2.5公里就要好好的把它完成,跑出橋下後太陽的威力越來越猛,只好快快跑完回到休息區跟大家一起LDS,今天的團練有練到,下次團練再把里程數繼續往前推,加油!!!
