原本今天想要偷懶一下,鐵人打來約我跑步,我跟他說很熱耶,他跟我說那跑晚上8點的,想一想說好唷!一開始我們先繞校園跑,邊跑邊聊天,速度不快跑了約4圈,之後鐵人就開始加速,跑了3圈,這樣7圈共16公里,就到操場補給一下,後來又跑了操場11圈補完5公里結束今天的練習,鐵人說他暑假不回家了,要留在這裡練習,鐵人有個專長,那就是游泳,暑假就到游泳池兼教練打工,真的超強的啦!到時一定要請他指導我一下,看能不能練成輕鬆的抬頭蛙,如果可以練成自由式更好,但要突破心裡障礙還是有一定的難度的,加油!
