一開始陪劉大哥與雲科大學生緩跑4圈熱身,之後我就開始邁開腳步跑,把速度慢慢找回來,雖然跑沒幾圈就流了滿身汗,也要停下來補給,但速度回來的感覺真好,繼續努力!
