今天跑山路,6點起跑(睡過頭),太陽公公已經照亮大地,還好沿路都有樹蔭,所以曬到太陽時間不多,今天跑腳都沒酸痛,確定我的腳好了(開心),經過這次的受傷,知道怎麼愛惜自己,避免再受傷。今天的路線很棒(請參考圖資),我6點開跑,8點前完成,很少路段曬到太陽,而且有風涼爽,跑起來不悶熱,介紹這個路線給跑友,距離也不會太遠,很適合來練練腳力,途中也有洗手間及休息的地方,假日人會比較多(都來爬山,騎車的朋友),當然攤販晚點也都會來,有興趣的朋友可以來飛飛。
