我的錶突然心率的綠燈亮了,終於能感應。今天挑戰長距離,可是比起夜跑動輒五六十k,還算很弱,只能漸進增加吧,目前這樣已經很疲乏了。
不過好消息是速度有稍微提升,稍微找回一點核心帶動的跑姿,希望最慘的時候已經過去了。只是比起去年此時還是差很多,工作業務也有影響吧。
