昨天太慢有點良心不安,今天想要認真跑快一點。結果前面遇到琨淇,又聊了好幾圈。平均每圈目標2'30",結果跑了7圈總共多了一分鐘多。往常覺得還好,每圈追10秒,不到十圈就能轉負為正了。結果不知是最近慢習慣了還是天氣熱狀況不好,努力跑還是快不起來,頂多每圈省3~5秒,直到快24圈喝水時才拉平平均。
只是好不容易拉平了,喝個水又多了半分鐘多,又要努力追趕。今天遇到強者不少,前段有財神、阿多諾等在外道跨大步;中段一群東瘋熱血青年在內圈衝間歇;後段還有一姐琳輕輕飄過~~都給我激勵不要放棄。
今天鞋子又溼掉了,好像真的有比較熱。跑完坐下來伸展也很快把地上弄溼一灘~不過有點強度又不致太痛的練習,感覺還不錯。
