終於輪到我來個棄賽的命運 XD
昨天虎尾馬拉松賽前身體依然感覺還不錯
心裡唯一擔心就是石岡馬後左膝外側
和左大腿髖骨的疼痛會不會再復發
所以賽前刻意先休跑3天
果然再13k時就感到左腿不適
21k時髖骨跟左膝更加酸痛
想到還有20k再跑下去的不確定性
跟接下來每2.3星期就有一場賽事
當下就決定棄賽
希望這是一個正確的決定
