超久沒跑這麼長的LSD,目標北大10圈只完成了8圈
找了大學同學一起練跑,我想如果沒人陪跑可能連8圈都沒有
不過這次大腿及小腿在近20K處就開始不行
加上忘了上凡士林,約15K左右開始燒檔
整個肌耐力很不多,看來12月的冬山馬只能靠裝備了
