唉呀!!又事與願違了!!
靜心湖6小時賽未達標~只好撐完50k賽了...
其實也只剩1小時23分而已...似乎很少!!
還是讓腳好好休吧!!晚上還有一場新竹→台北80K賽XD
這次繞圈速度感抓得挺不錯了,前面太快之外,後面大約都抓在1圈5分鐘左右(約900m/圈),目前還需要揣摩補給策略,此次前面兩小時各休一次,後面就是每30分鐘休一次。
發覺~
一小時休一次有點過久...半小時休一次又覺得太快,因每休一次都要重新調整速度,可能會耗費多多餘的體力,下次抓看看45分好了...但~不好計算啊!!!哈哈~
用這速度來跑應該很快就不行了...看來還需要調整一下,不過是練習,就給它試試看吧!!
其實每次比賽都是測試自己的底線在哪...目前為止好像都是這樣,所以每次都是後半段速度掉很多...哈哈!!
