昨晚睡覺時,全身發抖,不知在抖什麼?又沒感冒,難道是熱量不夠嗎?到了今早,身體還是冷冷,趕緊找食物覓食,喝杯熱牛奶,情況...略好轉。直至到小七買杯熱咖啡喝後,身體才暖呼呼。
這次跑馬後的身體狀態是第一次遇到!不過,該跑的還是跑!但不勉強自己,選擇最熟悉的公園放空慢慢跑,藉以傾聽身體的聲音,調整自己的步伐。10圈後,肚子又怪怪,又去跑廁所!最近跑步一直有這個問題,連跑台北馬也不例外,幸好當時只是小解。肚子不適解決後,便順暢許多!
一圈一圈的跑,一圈一圈的累積,繞大圈慢慢繞,鐵腿情況好多了,雙腿比啟昨天有力多!還好今天沒去跑山路,否則可能繼續鐵!阿,對了,腰痠問題也沒了。昨晚腰也是狂痠,幸好今天似乎都消失了。
應該要多休息的,不過,明早得大掃除!不掃不行,迫在眉睫,否則岳父母到來時,就難看囉!(休假日...好像沒啥休息到!)
