下午休假在家打混一下,還是趁天黑前去跑一下,尤其有些路線要白天才能跑的,趕緊把握機會去一下。像上次跟建智哥說的體中後面的路,用嘴巴講不清楚,決定用腳來畫軌跡比較清楚。
麻煩的是這雙鞋右後跟已經磨損,跑起來有點痛,姿勢也變樣了。那就輕鬆跑吧,當作昨天快速的緩和,明天長距離的準備。不過一不小心也跑了半馬。天黑收工,晚上就有空陪老婆去逛大潤發了。
