適應新虎走,10公里時右腳無名指痛停下來調整鞋帶後繼續跑狀況有改善,14公里時右腳底前段大概是無名指延伸下來的部位開始痛,這個狀況與去年底冬山河馬時的狀況一樣...再次停下調整鞋帶,不過只好了2公里又發作了,忍痛完成這趟試跑...今天受足底筋膜炎困擾的左腳反而狀況不多,完全都痛在右腳底,我想下週的萬金石可能要考慮是不是改穿Skechers Go Run 4上場跑。
