好大的風,超阻力的,每次跑這路線,免不了要爬個4-5K的爬昇坡,往往第四K速度就拉下了,今天抓到爬坡的技巧,配速配的不錯,腳不那麼累,呼吸不再那麼喘,整體下來均速不錯,即使強大的逆風,還能控速在6分20秒內,滿意了,慢跑我還在學習,我還在努力。
