今天是星期天,原本要跑LSD的時程昨天因雨所以沒跑,改今天跑....
3:50分自動起床,打理出門的水及服裝,進行今天的加量跑....
跑32km,除了上週六只跑26km外,已經跑了4次了...
且有三次都是跑上大古山步道,所以決定今天加量到36km....
前15km照之前的路徑跑,到竹圍漁港時外跑一次港區,經過漁會大樓,再接到停車場...
接回到海山西路的自行車道,回跑到菓林,再接八股路接到南青路....
多跑4km的路,回到南崁國小時有點虛脫....趕緊拉筋緩程一下.....
看來跑步要跑到42km應該是沒有問題,只是時間的問題吧.....
離初馬的時間還有7週,再多跑幾週後,找一天試跑42km看吧...
