操場解鎖半馬,左腳踝還沒消腫,但全程無礙,口罩已經拉到鼻子外露,不然跑進5分會死。
可能是心理因素,很久沒跑長距離,後面就不想太難過,慢慢刷距離入帳。
很多人走路也在內側跑道,沒開燈看不到人很危險,導致有半圈會分心,如果有開燈,我可能會衝太快。
