賽前就先把配速策略牢記在心,前20公里不暴衝,等到30公里後還有餘力再加速,今天的天氣雖然冷,但對很會流汗的我真的是有加分效果,能量膠就是吃好吃滿,所以一路下來沒有撞牆出現,破了懸在那裡很久的pb,真的很謝謝沒有出狀況的雙腳👣!
