參加HK168,非常的累.可惜因體力不繼,攻上大帽山上後強風與低溫終使疲憊的身心達到極點.因此決定棄賽.越野跑的訓練強度真的與公路長跑不同.直上直下與種種不確定的路況加上超長的比賽時間真的不容易.
雖然沒有完賽不過也領略到香港山嶺的美景,倒是一大收穫.
