去年的一月已經專心在準備南橫超馬,整個月跑了五百多,穩穩的累積結果速度也不錯。今年多了一場國興盃,變成兩邊很難兼顧,有時候想跑快,卻造成酸痛影響隔天的練習,結果兩邊都沒顧好。
不過今年感覺沒看那麼重了,今天剛起跑就繞進校園後面的小徑探險,然後一路繞到聖母農莊、大排、秘境沙灘,感覺比較像在觀光而不是訓練。
一大圈回來18k,天色差不多黑了就改跑大馬路,跑ㄧ跑突然覺得運動飲料真是好喝,可惜今天沒帶大罐的。
黑豆現在長距離也跑得輕鬆自在了,他喝水量比我想像的少很多,可能是天氣涼的關係,不過跑完很餓的樣子。原來狗跑遠了也會消耗熱量。
