睽違三年的超馬,完賽後第一個念頭是"我沒死啊~"
跑量不足,原本預估完賽時間會落在6:30~7:00。
打算前20公里的平地配6分速,後來狀況不錯,跟著一位配速很穩的馬尾妹互有領先(後來才知道是女總1!!!)
臨時決定前30公里拼拼看3:10,後來成功跑進3:02。
30到35公里折返點是最硬的一段,在折返點前落後女總一後,就沒看過她的車尾燈了。
原本打算過折返點後開始加速,這時開始嚐到核心練不夠的苦果,胸口和背部開始痠痛,只好放慢速度。
45公里後,甚至一遇到上坡就便步兵 XD
50公里後,小腿也有快抽筋的跡象!
最後2公里,跟著一位跑者邊聊邊跑,居然也跑進6分速。
