前幾天感冒,一直咳嗽、流鼻水,前天週五晚上老婆抓去看診,吃藥後有好多了;接著下週二要做大腸鏡檢查,昨天開始低渣飲食,只吃白饅頭、白稀飯,好好讓身體休息一天。
早上起來就好餓,想說今天有辦法跑完LSD嗎? 只有喝水肯定是不夠的,到7-11看到有簡單調味的厚片,就決定是它了,吃完後覺得比較不餓,變開始慢慢跑起來。
今天完全不管速度,所以比前幾週還要慢,不過可以完全閉嘴靠鼻子來換氣,且整個呼吸調節都很順沒有喘的感覺;上半身感覺是可以的,就看下半身給不給力了。12K後慢慢的降速,雖然愈來愈慢,但雙腳是跑得下去,20K接了一通手機來電,最後繼續跑完設定的24K。
今天沒出太陽,還飄著細雨,可以降溫也很舒服;聽說也是長榮馬的日子,這樣的天氣應該很多人破PB吧~
