台北馬前最後一次LSD
本想模擬比賽的6點半起跑
前晚要一起晾衣服比較晚睡
還是睡多一點變成6點半起床XD
一到福和橋下人潮絡繹不絕
趕緊就開始起跑
由於大家都很認真
也讓自己的腎上腺素提升
莫名地也加快起來
果然前面配速太快
13、19K補給喝水後速度就掉
後來也回不了原本的配速
25K吃一包能量膠
右腳膝蓋也隱隱有感覺
速度也慢慢爆掉
人家說全馬的下半場是30K才開始
最後只能跑了32.22
本來想跑個鐵支33.33的說XD
最近幾次的長距離
今天的狀況最好
以往比賽跟練習狀況不會差太多
希望下週也能像這樣的狀況順利完賽~
