還沒開跑,太陽就高高掛,天氣溫度影響配速,一開始配五分半,4k後配速又直直掉,來到六、七、八,中間一度想休息,不過意志力告訴我,今天一定要完成10K練跑才行,才撐完10K,這週的SEIKO 雖然只有12.5K,也是不能小看才對,再加油!
