周末想跑個20公里以上的長距離看看,結果跑完10公里就沒力,一路走走停停,22公里拖到7小時,看來我對營養酵母的補充太過高估太有信心了,身體還是沒辦法這麼快回復,能量和營養還是不足,20公里以上真的要吃足吃飽,身上也要準備口糧才行。
