今天起跑15K後,感覺身體恢復得還可以,應該可以繼續全馬路線,上週跑完跑嘉義馬,咳到星期五。
今天路線與天氣比上週都涼一些,最重要冰塊也很足夠,23 K後每一補給站,都拿一包冰塊降溫,半馬後到33K來回好像共6次上下坡吧,今天那麽熱,不要讓身體負荷太大,因此上坡走下坡跑,最後7K從八掌溪橋到終點沒遮蔽物也好熱,尤其最後1K有一段剛鋪好的柏油路面,感覺好像在烤肉,最後還好無傷完賽了。回程再帶著老婆女兒去逛品皇咖啡工廠,結束這次的旅跑行程。
賽後評分: 特別的路線,22K-33K跑的路線旁邊都是風水寶地,很“涼”喔🫠,這段路旁的活動標語也都很應景好笑,像是“天然的降溫站,背後一股涼意”,“水上飄”....等。
