今天沒帶晶片,所以也沒成績囉,當作是一場LSD吧,之前最遠只跑過25公里,跑前也怕不能完賽。
雖然前面20公里2小時內就完成,但在28~34公里處,山路爬坡差點就抽筋,還好採取步兵策略,撐過了山路,之後10公里就只好邊跑邊走,順利完賽。但是下雨天雖然比出太陽好,但後面越跑越冷,再冷一點可能會失溫不舒服了!
南投馬跟田中馬是同一個主辦單位,補給真的也不錯,而田中馬沒吃到的烤乳豬(山豬肉),竟然25km處出現了,就停下來多吃了幾口,當然還有蛋糕,米苔目,餅乾,巧克力,泡芙,橘子,蕃茄,橄欖,沙士,冷泡茶,咖啡,完全不會被餓到。
最後回到家,檢查一下沒受傷,沒起水泡,但是膝蓋有點不適,先冰敷明天再看看狀況吧!
