第一圈右膝韌帶就在搞怪,緊繃拉不開,但不影響速度,可是10K後,右腳有點跨不出去也抬不起來,拖死狗的速度留待下次磨鍊。本來要跑半馬的。不過上禮拜北大武單攻回來,對肌耐力的確有幫助。
