第一次全程背補給的山路LSD,開始為合歡山和鎮西堡超馬做準備。攜帶2400cc的FIN運動飲料,1800cc放水袋背包,600cc放水壺腰包,跑完全程喝掉大概1500cc,並在5、14、24k吃鹽糖各一顆,14k吃BCAA一包。上坡多用跑走,平路跟下坡才跑,也是用均7分完成了~
