胃炎,應該是這兩三天吃太多肉,昨天還在高速公路上吐出來,沒什麼胃口,飲食上清淡,量也不多,所以晚上跑起來有氣無力,最後跑到快抽筋,沒有達到本來的5:10/km目標。
平時就是蔬食為主,一碰到太多肉根本完全𣎴能夠好好消化呀@@
晚點還是掛號去,至於虎尾馬,隨緣了,只能夠看狀況發揮了。
