久違的劍中劍...
本來早上要去跟Wendell風櫃嘴團..但竟下雨....只好下午趁天氣轉好趕快出門去補跑山路...
除了休息點外, 全程都用跑的, 為了消除腳底脹的不適感, 只有在中社上坡3K處約走了一分鐘, 不過天冷跑山也真的有比夏天好跑, 算了一下劍中劍的18K約2小時完成, 嗯..有機會一定要去挑戰一下風櫃嘴!!!!
