謝謝清森哥的邀約陪跑,補足了我最缺乏的假日長距離練跑。也感謝今天空品還算可以,愈往山區空品愈好。而且中寮山除了可以練山路,繞一圈22K多,不長也不短,車子少,風景不錯,而且跑到一半沒辦法反悔,是練跑相當好的路線喔!
