月跑量300+ 但沒有跑LSD, 最長就21K
結果就是21K以後就肌耐力不足了.
比2015-11月泰國的12H 80K少了8K
長距離比賽 LSD 還是很重要.
半馬大腿就開始緊繃
心裡已確定今日的狀況了
全馬 5:37:27 辛苦完成
(地1次12H是全馬5小時輕鬆完成)
後面里程都是跑走額外賺到的.
賽後沒有受傷只有肌肉緊繃有點痠和左腳小水泡,
PS: 有一種錯覺綁馬尾的女孩們都超強的,
我只有不斷被刷卡的份.
賽前宣言: 上一次初12h已是2015年的事了,
現在12h有辦法持續到最後嗎?
還有10天可以考慮.
