難得超棒的空氣品質,超感動的,趕緊外出跑步,進行超級難得的假日長距離練跑。一開始跑起來游刃有餘,13K之後略顯吃力,在「全馬破四」的自我催眠下,勉強撐到20K,感覺肝醣耗盡,欲振乏力,趕緊買巧克力牛奶來喝,狀態有改善,但心率飄移問題浮現,配速跌破六分速,心率飆破155。看來萬金石全馬ㄔㄨㄚˋㄝ等了
