本來要參加清森哥開的穿山甲、柴山假日長距離練跑,凌晨四點起床,看了手機APP,高雄空氣品質一片紅通通,想說算了,繼續睡,但心中還是期待空品好轉。結果睡到六點,來不及參加了。加上今早也有高雄夜跑團的團練,想說大家都那麼認真,怎麼能怠惰呢!於是在跑步機上跑出有史以來最長時間及距離。也算是另類假日長距離練跑呀!
