做了一個實驗
一個月沒訓練,跑全馬結果會如何?
當然就是差點被關門,
沒訓練,肌耐力只能到半馬的程度.
[以賽代訓]
前半馬順便作 tempo x 9(以補給站為單位) 訓練
後半馬左腳小腿太緊繃沒辦法正常跑了
ps:今年全馬人數超級少,害我很怕最後一個回終點,或是回終點時主辦單位都收攤了...還好關門前回終點了.
賽前宣言: 年度驗收馬,破PB, 就算只進步1秒也沒關係.
