今日賽前只有設定..希望鞋帶千萬不要掉跟不要再抽筋這兩件事情而已。
很高興的是..今日雙腳沒有麻痺狀態,雖然那種狀況出現我通常都可以加速很多,但往往如此造成後段嚴重掰咖..也一直告訴自己跑不動就慢慢跑,不要走路..走會更痛苦..所以就這樣慢慢跑...慢慢到終點。
成績如何我不是很在乎
分組收到20名差一點...
只能說自己不夠水準
但對自己我已滿足.....
畢竟我現在還能這樣跑步 已無所求^^
