悠閒的週末,睡個午覺醒來發現下大雨,就到市區繞操場。接下來可能會多練習繞圈吧,讓自己習慣單調的模式。今天體力還不錯,可能是昨天有收操的關係,不過提醒自己不要圖快,完全放鬆習慣超馬的跑法,反正到時候會跑到力竭,前面用力只是提早痛苦而已。
繞了七十幾圈頭暈之際,腦中本來迴盪著「一剪梅」的旋律,後來竟然跳成江蕙的「你著忍耐」,最後那句「此情...長留...心~間」跟「滿腹...心酸...悲哀...也忍耐」超合的阿,是翻唱的嗎?
