十八尖山山路練習,共跑了47.07km,因山上GPS錶接收訊號有誤差,換算成真正的里程數為49.42km,這次挑戰十八尖山6hr再度失敗,途中有吃兩根香蕉,一瓶運動飲料和十八尖山的飲水機用水杯裝水數次,看來6hr的山路跑,對現在的我還沒那個程度,再繼續練囉..
