星期三去找了5年前買的藥膏來試試(藥膏擦了皮膚會很熱很辣的感覺,所以用過一次就沒在用),死馬當活馬醫,不舒服也只好忍耐,自己早中晚推了3次,沒想到會酸痛的那條筋越推越不酸了,今天中午再推居然不痛,今天跑起來很順,我的腳回來了,雖然速度還回不來,沒關係,能跑就好。今天飛的太開心了,讚。
