楓林步道山路團練……
白天天氣的炎熱,唯有一早的天氣是最涼爽,犧牲了睡眠時間,但是賺到的是不用在酷熱下焗烤……我很佩服10點過後在跑步的跑友,能在30幾度的高溫下奔跑(厲害),或許這是他們另類的耐熱訓練。
