特意休息一個禮拜,好像沒有比較厲害...早早就抽筋...
約莫27k開始覺得小腿肌肉抽動,自己慢慢降速,跳開330列車。
33k小便休息,39k上橋前兩小腿一起抽,還好拉拉筋還是可以龜上橋。一路小腿抽動...
是說330列車配速很穩定,如果不抽筋,應該還不錯...
這部列車應該是載最多人的吧XD
前半馬抓在142,143應該要練到更輕鬆一點,不然後面跑起來續航力不足...
