上午家裡大掃除,外加其它因素,身體頗累,中午只小睡“一刻”,接著便出門跑步。這麼拼,就是想複習台北馬的狀態,唯一差別大概就是昨晚有睡好。
抱持可能會軟腳的心態跑,有點忐忑不安,不過在最初的幾K中,讓我頗為意外,手錶顯示的數字令我不敢相信,疲倦感是比昨天消除更多,可是這數字...
順順的跑,真的滿順的,除了在海邊的風,不能忽略但尚可接受的強度。海邊單車到這段,耗掉不少體力,讓我又擔心會不會軟腳?
沒有耶!度過強風的關卡後,又順順的跑、順順的跑到公園。(除了想上廁所的天人交戰外)結束長假、結束跑步假期。明日開始,進入休跑上班日。
