被鬧鐘加驚悚夢叫起床後,窗外馬路有下過雨的痕跡,
樹葉搖曳著,是個睡覺的好時機,
下床又上床,然後下床又上床...
心裡好多對話試著說服自己晚一點可以跑跑步機,
最終還是起床,迅速盥洗就出門,
為的是想享受在馬路上跑完後的順暢感,
跑的路線,有的有雨有的沒雨,
昨天重訓的引體向上,蹲舉,戰繩,俯身槓鈴划船,
堆積的乳酸,讓今天的跑步很有感...
最後回到彰泰大成附近時,身體才稍微放開的感覺,
為了女兒的早餐,按下停止鍵,
