本想早上五點跑社子島三十k,但睡到五點半才起床,改到下午跑半馬,前半段跑起來也有點吃力,因為河濱的風亂飄(雖然去程有幾段順風) 鶯歌龍窯橋折返後,開始一路的逆風跑,一路頂著風跑,消耗不少體力,回程越接近浮洲橋風就越大!就當山路練習吧!
