昨天跑到太晚沒睡飽,今天整天昏沉沉的。可是晚上還是照計畫來跑間歇,因為上次跑過感覺大腿有練到,對跑山路應該有幫助。
前面的熱身就感覺狀況不好,全身還在酸痛,不過開始跨大步後有記取上次的教訓,不敢亂衝,就穩定了一些。成績還是很遜,不過沒上次那麼痛苦了。跑完遇到小派,他在墾丁馬成績很好,真是恭喜他。
