星期三應該要去操場跑間歇,今天才想到只要上半天班,下午就載家人去成功走走,我平常給他們的時間真的太少~
傍晚回來才開始跑,起跑就發現狀況沒昨天好,腿還在酸,算了今天就輕鬆跑吧。好久沒來巡管區了,西康路南側拓寬工程快一年了還沒有做好,最近北側又開挖一公尺寬左右,路面變得很有壓迫感,我快變心改跑寬闊的青海路了。而靠海路段今天風好大,大概有九級吧~回程真是舉步維艱。還有最近心臟又開始不舒服了,好像練習量加大又會這樣。總之今天跑不快有很多理由,但也不用太在意啦,本來就不用超過體力賽跑。
