昨天搬重物,有點拉傷,胸口換氣不順,加上最近身體有發炎狀況,還是多睡點、少跑點。今天起晚了,跟不上團練,河濱小跑 12K,前半程試著跑五分速,只能撐一半;後半程撐了 4K,有好一些,但跑感還是沒恢復。
