起跑就知今天狀況不好,加上濕度高,勉強跑完;今天也測試next%2的長距離效果,與阿發相比,後段支撐效果都不錯,果然適合長距離的好鞋,但也不能過度依賴鞋子的支撐,還是要練好腳部肌力為上,還好已習慣虎走的薄底鞋!
