早上兒子補習班同學約打球,我去跑操場繞圈圈,一同渡過運動時光~\r\n今天聽Amanda的建議,只用鼻子呼吸來做訓練,從頭到尾大部分時間都是用鼻子,跑完16K,快走1K做緩和,整個過程不會覺得喘,也順便練心,這樣慢慢跑的感覺真不錯,如果每次時間都夠的話就好囉^^
