爬完山後腳還沒恢復,右腳踝有拉傷現象,右膝微痛
觀察速度,很像只能維持均速5分,要在前進有點難度,小腿、心肺肌耐力還不夠,有後繼無力的感覺,倒數一個月,再加油吧!
