今天還是把心跳帶拿出來做對照組,FR235戴到右手上,然後戴緊一點,似乎數據有準一些,但後面2公里的心率數據好像一去不復返,怎麼樣都降不回160BPM以下,真是奇怪,要不是上不去,就是下不來,看心跳帶的數據還是會比較準確一點。
